——Quanhong Enterprise Management Undertakes Chuangxian Industry Employee Training Conference

On the afternoon of June 3rd, 2025, the Chuangxian Industry Employee Training Conference, organized by Anqing Quanhong Enterprise Management Co., Ltd., was held in the conference room on the second floor of Chuangxian Industry. Senior lecturer Tian Cunquan from the Municipal Party School was specially invited to give a training on "Winning in Execution".

Teacher Tian conducted in-depth analysis and taught practical methods around two main themes: "What is execution power and analysis of the reasons for weak execution power" and "How to improve execution power".

Teacher Tian pointed out that execution is the ability to complete tasks with quality and quantity guaranteed, and it is an art of completing tasks quickly, accurately, and firmly. It is not just a simple action, but also contains control over details, precise understanding of goals, and decisive overcoming of difficulties in the action. Without execution, there is no competitiveess.                    

Regarding the reasons for weak execution ability, Teacher Tian analyzed from three levels: culture, system, and mentality. On the cultural level, there is a lack of a positive and implementation oriented atmosphere; At the institutional level, there are systems and standards that are not implemented or not implemented properly; At the psychological level, there is a "similar" mindset and a weak sense of responsibility.

In the process of improving execution ability, Teacher Tian listed some practical cases of successful enterprises. Emphasize that a high sense of responsibility is the foundation of execution; Think in action and improve in the process; Be clear about daily affairs, learn to execute, and dare to execute; We need to constantly learn and improve our work abilities.

After the training session, the company issued "appointment letters" to five newly appointed workshop supervisors: Tian Shizhong, deputy director of the rubber band (recycled rubber) workshop; Yang Chengliang, deputy director of the rubber band (modified material) workshop; Li Feifei, deputy director of the rubber band (modified material) workshop; Yang Shanqiang, deputy director of the modified material workshop; and Bi Shenglin, deputy supervisor of the modified material workshop.

The general manager emphasized that the deputy director in charge will assist the workshop director in continuously strengthening safety awareness, improving production efficiency, and ensuring product quality and delivery time.
