On the morning of July 1st, 2025, the Working Committee of the Communist Party of China in Qianshan Economic Development Zone hosted the “July 1st Commendation Conference of the Economic Development Zone in 2025”. 

The project of the "High-Elasticity, Environmental Protection and Non-Toxic Rubber Band Research and Development Team" from Chuangxian Industry focused on solving the shortcomings of traditional rubber bands in terms of elasticity, environmental protection and functionality. Through technological innovation and process improvement, they developed a series of high-elasticity, environmental protection and non-toxic rubber bands with multiple application scenarios. Chuangxian Industry won the "Qianshan Intelligent Manufacturing · Pioneer Project" Excellence Award, and its employee, Cheng Huiping, was awarded the title of      "Qianshan Intelligent Manufacturing · Outstanding Party Member”.                     

The "Qianshan Intelligent Manufacturing - Pioneer Project" party building brand construction action is a core Party building brand created by the Party Working Committee of Qianshan Economic Development Zone. It aims to strengthen the Party organization construction in non-public enterprises and emerging fields, activate the "red engine", and promote the synchronous development of Party building and the intelligent manufacturing industry. Since the launch of the action, enterprises in the park have been exploring the practical path of "Party building + intelligent manufacturing" in areas such as technological breakthroughs, lean production, and talent cultivation. This project embeds the Party member vanguard posts throughout the entire R&D process, using red energy to drive technological innovation, setting a model for Party building to empower the real economy.  

     The commendation this time signified a new achivement in the deep integration of Party building leadership and industrial upgrading in the Economic Development Zone.
