—Quanhong Enterprise Management undertook Chuangxian Industrial Employee Training Conference

In his report to the 19th National Congress, General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that we must "promote the spirit of model workers and craftsmanship, create a social custom of dignity of labor and a atmosphere of keeping improving on works."

In order to further enhance employees' recognization and understanding of the spirit of craftsmanship, on the afternoon of July 2rd, 2025, Chuangxian Industry invited Mr. Zhang Huimin of the Municipal Party School to carry out a training on "The profound connotation and practical path of the spirit of craftsmanship". The training session was hosted by Anqing Quanhong Enterprise Management Co.,Ltd.Teacher Zhang elaborated on three themes: the connotation and contemporary value of the craftsmanship spirit, the practical predicaments and challenges of the craftsmanship spirit, and multi-dimension stimulation of the craftsmanship spirit. 

Teacher Zhang first pointed out that the craftsmanship spirit is a mental state of concentration, perseverance, striving for excellence and pursuing perfection. It is a key force that driving the development of enterprises and an important support for realizing the Chinese Dream.

Through historical examples, Teacher Zhang emphasized that the spirit of craftsmanship has always exuded a unique charm and influenced the development of industries as it has crossed from the era of traditional handicrafts to the modern industrial age. The contemporary value of the spirit of craftsmanship: 1. Inspires innovation and progress. 2. Promotes breakthroughs in science and technology. 3. Enhances the life experience. 4. Facilitates social progress. 

Teacher Zhang analyzed the practical predicaments and opportunities of the spirit of craftsmanship from three aspects: market competition, cost pressure, and policy support, and proposed that pursuing quality, improving services, and continuous innovation are effective measures for practicing the spirit of craftsmanship. With real cases of successful enterprises, she highlighted that cultural guidance, talent cultivation, incentive mechanisms, and innovation-driven are multi-dimensional methods to stimulate the spirit of craftsmanship. 

Everyone understood and accepted the concept of the spirit of craftsmanship better through the training, which provide beneficial guidance for employees to practice the spirit of craftsmanship in their actual work.
